| FAILURE AT CHECKOUT BEFORE PAYING
If you click the checkout button after filling in your name and address, but
nothing happens, or
you get a weird message,
then there is probably a failed connection somewhere. There might be a connection failure with the United States Postal Service (which calculates postage). There might be a failed connection with PayPal or Google.
Regardless...if something happens, write me immediately and I will confirm that the items you want are reserved until you send payment.
FAILURE AFTER PAYING
This is a little trickier, but again, usually involves a failed internet connection. As above, write me immediately and describe, as best you can, what happened. I will make sure items are reserved for you and I will try to track down the source of the problem. NEVER click the checkout button twice.
ANY OTHER PROBLEM
The sooner you write after encountering a problem, the sooner I can solve |
