When you deal with computers... you quickly learn that anything can happen. ANYTHING! Believe me, I am not smart enough to plan every eventuality.

Nonetheless, most common problems arise from failed connections.

FAILURE AT CHECKOUT BEFORE PAYING

If you click the checkout button after filling in your name and address, but

nothing happens, or

you get a weird message,

then there is probably a failed connection somewhere. There might be a connection failure with the United States Postal Service (which calculates postage). There might be a failed connection with PayPal or Google.

Regardless...if something happens, write me immediately and I will confirm that the items you want are reserved until you send payment.

FAILURE AFTER PAYING

This is a little trickier, but again, usually involves a failed internet connection. As above, write me immediately and describe, as best you can, what happened. I will make sure items are reserved for you and I will try to track down the source of the problem. NEVER click the checkout button twice.

ANY OTHER PROBLEM
